Consortium
The project will be coordinated by ITET Girolamo Caruso, an Italian secondary school based in Alcamo (Trapani, Italy) and it will be held in Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Italy, Romania and Turkey.

Istituto Tecnico Economico e Tecnologico “Girolamo Caruso”
The High School “Institute Girolamo Caruso” is located in the area of the province of Trapani, in an urban expansion area of the city of Alcamo. Alcamo is a town in a strategic location because it is in the mid way between Trapani and Palermo and so it is also near to the main airports, which are “Birgi” and “Falcone Borsellino”.
Our organization is the head of the CTRH network of schools and of the Observatory for legality, set up in the school year 2013/2014 whose tasks are to check and study the phenomenon of school drop-out. The Institute shares with local schools the educational initiatives of inclusiveness and it has organized for several years training sessions involving local, national and international institutions by organizing seminars for thematic analysis and in particular for innovative and experimental teaching methods.
Istituto per le Tecnologie Didattiche (CNR)
The Istituto per le Tecnologie Didattiche (ITD) is a research Institute of the National Research Council (CNR) of Italy. The CNR is the largest public research institution in Italy, the only one under the Research Ministry performing multidisciplinary activities. CNR’s mission is to perform research in its own Institutes, to promote innovation and competitiveness of the national industrial system, to promote the internationalization of the national research system, to provide technologies and solutions to emerging public and private needs, to advice Government and other public bodies, and to contribute to the qualification of human resources.
Dataninja
Dataninja is an award-winning company providing data-driven learning programs and innovative services in the field of data journalism. Since its inception in 2012 as non-formal working group of data-driven journalists, trainers and developers, Dataninja has developed training programs in partnership with Universities, newspapers and NGOs players. Dataninja also manages the most important Italian community of data journalists with thousands of members. In partnership with the National Research Council of Italy, Dataninja is carrying on a wide research for developing a European-wide curriculum on data literacy. Dataninja has a strong expertise in the field of Education focused on Data Literacy and Data Science. Since its inception, Dataninja has developed in-presence courses and workshops to teach and spread data-driven competencies in different contexts such as newsrooms, universities and schools.
Siauliu Didzdvario Gimnazija
Siauliu Didzdvario Gymnasium is a municipal budgetary establishment performing programs in comprehensive, secondary and adapted comprehensive, secondary formal education, International Baccalaureate (since 2005), non-formal adult education and in-service training programs. Our Gymnasium has the STEM School label, is a member of the UNESCO net of associated schools, association of socially responsible schools (SAMA) and has the Quality label for the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) program. Moreover, it offers social educators, career consultant’s services, non-formal education (activities in sports, arts, dancing, radio, year book, school newspaper, and so on). There are 600 students and 70 pedagogues in the gymnasium. Siauliu Didzdvario gymnasium has a long term experience of working with projects. The school implemented projects which have improved our students’ knowledge and skills (Under Erasmus+ program the projects:” Modern Education in Science for Industry 4.0″, “Educational Software and E-Learning in Math for European Students” and “Creative Classrooms Lab, CCL”); curriculum for teachers project “FabLab SchoolNet: STEAM education and learning by Robotics, 3D and Mobile technologies” under Erasmus+ program, “Media and information literacy” under Lithuanian Ministry of Education and Science; also promoted non-formal Education through Youth Exchange – Radio project “Youth Journalism for Europe” and “Connect. Discover. Create” under Erasmus+ program.
TED Bursa College
TED Bursa College was established by the Foundation in 2001. Since the day it was established, TED Bursa College has been seeking to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success and has been providing a nurturing environment where academic and personal excellence can be achieved. TED Bursa College promotes a safe, orderly, caring, and supportive environment. Today TED Bursa College is a continually developing family. TED Bursa College is built in 27.000 m2 area, which is adjacent to 3-hectare oak tree forest. The classes have (average) 24 students.
BUPNET GmbH
Bildung und Project Netzwerk (BUPNET), founded in 1985, is an Adult Education provider with extensive experience in supporting adult learners from all sectors in Germany. As the EU department of BUPNET, we actively participate in European projects within the framework of various EU funding programmes as either coordinator or partner. These projects are mainly concerned with the development and testing of innovative products, but also with the cross-border exchange of experience and know-how transfer as well as the networking of activities and institutions. The broad range of topics includes education, employment, social affairs, health, culture, integration, regional development, validation, research & development and environment & energy.
DC Edukacja
DC Edukacja is an Accredited Teacher Training and Testing Centre established in 1994. We have successfully completed with City Hall of Gdansk two non-commercial educational Projects co-funded by the European Union (ESF), which aims was to implement teaching about Math, Programming, ICT and Renewable Energy at schools from Gdansk. We are currently continuing our cooperation with City Hall of Gdansk by implementing next two educational Projects on learning the basics of Programming and Cybersecurity. We have also successfully completed two Transnational Cooperation Projects with partners from Czech Republic and Sweden and we are now implementing further Transnational Cooperation Project with a partner from the UK. We are active Pearson VUE Test Center (Site 3792) and Kryterion Testing Center (HOST1956).
Our company is growing in providing Fuel Cell Systems, Hydrogen Generators and Renewable Energy Solutions for education. We prepare dedicated solutions, e.g., for technical universities in Poland. Since 2006 DC Edukacja has successfully finished 18 Projects for more than 26,000 Participants: Teachers and Pupils, Enterprises and Employees, Disabled People.
Liceul Tehnologic Costache Conachi
“Costache Conachi” is a technological highschool, its scope being the forming of a high school graduate that is responsible, independent, capable of choosing the right career path for them, adaptable to changeand capable of integrating in any community, completely aware of their own value and competitive in the local and European labor market. The high school has 1053 students, 69 teachers, three functional buildings with classrooms, a building for mechanics and textile workshops and a gym. The education within the school takes place in several forms: primary, secondary, theoretical and technological highschool, as well as vocational education. “Costache Conachi” Technological High School is accredited in the following fields and qualifications: high school education (full time and evening classes) with profiles: real (field of Natural Sciences), technical (Mechanical field, qualification – CAD design technician; the field of Textile and leather industry, qualification – Clothing designer technician), services (Trade field, qualification – Technician in trade activities); vocational education: Mechanical field, qualification – Mechanical locksmith services, the field of Textile and leather industry, qualification – Textile confectioner, Trade field, qualification – Trader seller. The qualifications obtained have access to the labour market, either in Romania or in the European Union.
